Mariah Grace Art & Design – Wholesale Policy

Thank you for your interest in carrying Mariah Grace Art & Design products. We are proud to partner with brick-and-mortar retailers who value independent artistry and intentional design. Please review the following policies before placing a wholesale order.

Products & Production

Mariah Grace Art & Design offers a curated selection of:

• Purses

• Wallets

• Magnets

• Canvas tote bags

• Koozies

• Stickers

• Apparel (limited styles)

Many items are handmade in-house (magnets, totes, koozies). Other products (including purses, wallets, and stickers) are produced through trusted manufacturing partners.

Because of this hybrid production process, wholesale orders may require extended lead times.

Standard fulfillment time is 4–6 weeks.
Very large orders may require additional time.

Production does not begin until payment is received in full.

Wholesale Pricing

• 50% or more off MSRP for all products except apparel

• Apparel pricing will be provided separately due to production costs

Retailers agree to maintain the suggested retail price (MSRP).

Discounting, markdowns, or promotional pricing below MSRP is not permitted without written approval.

MSRP (Suggested Retail Pricing)

Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP)
Each product includes a recommended retail price (MSRP) to support consistent pricing and brand integrity across all retailers.

Partners agree to price products at MSRP, with allowable pricing up to 15% above MSRP. Items should not be sold below MSRP unless approved in advance.

This helps protect both our retail partners and the perceived value of the work while creating a fair and consistent shopping experience for customers.

Minimum Order Quantities (Product-Specific)

Minimum quantities may vary. Minimums may apply per product style or design.

(Custom MOQs may be approved for large overall orders.)

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to production or delivery.

At this time, Mariah Grace Art & Design does not offer Net 15 or Net 30 terms.

Delivery

At this time, wholesale orders are available for approved local brick-and-mortar retailers only.

Delivery is provided directly by Mariah Grace Art & Design.

• Delivery fees are determined per order based on location.

• Complimentary delivery may be available within the Milwaukee area.

• Delivery rates will be communicated at the time of invoice.

Shipping via carrier is not currently offered.

Sales Channel Restrictions

Wholesale partners must operate a physical brick-and-mortar storefront.

Online sales, third-party marketplaces, and resale on platforms including Amazon, Etsy, Faire, or similar sites are not permitted at this time.

Products may not be resold to other wholesalers or distributors.

Returns & Damages

All wholesale sales are final.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved damage claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

Brand & Intellectual Property Protection

All artwork, product designs, and branding remain the sole intellectual property of Mariah Grace Art & Design.

Wholesale partners may not:

• Alter, modify, or reproduce any designs

• Create derivative works based on Mariah Grace Art & Design products

• Manufacture similar products using the artwork

• Use product images without written permission

• Alter approved product images in any way

Violation of these terms will result in termination of the wholesale partnership.

Policy Updates

Mariah Grace Art & Design reserves the right to update this Wholesale Policy at any time. Approved retailers will be notified of significant changes.
