Delivery Times
We work with trusted production partners both in the U.S. and overseas on select products. This allows us to offer a wide variety of items. Many of these items are made to order, some handmade by us, and some shipped directly from our partners. Delivering our products in this way helps to save on both costs and carbon emissions. This means delivery can take 2–6 weeks for select products, but it also means you get a great product at a fair price. Please allow for this timeframe when placing your order. 

Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, shipping delays or lost packages can happen. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we’ll do everything we can to help. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at mariahgrace@mariahgraceart.com. In some cases, we may direct you to reach out to your local post office for more detailed tracking updates.
