Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! To keep things simple and fair, all sales are final and we typically do not accept returns or exchanges. Please take a moment to read product descriptions carefully before ordering. 

Refunds
Refunds are only possible if an item is returned to us. We’re not able to offer refunds without a return.

When Returns Are Allowed
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to review the situation and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label. Once the item is sent back and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What’s Not Returnable
Custom orders and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Delivery Times
We work with trusted production partners both in the U.S. and overseas on select products. This allows us to offer a wide variety of items—some made to order, some handmade by us, and some shipped directly from our partners. This means delivery can take 2–6 weeks for select products, but it also means you get a great product at a fair price. Please allow for this timeframe when placing your order.
